Neneh is a dynamic global advocate and leader with extensive experience in strategic communication and managing institutional change to foster environments where all voices are valued and empowered. A seasoned speaker in sixteen countries, she has shared her expertise on global platforms, inspiring audiences with her vision for sustainable impact. Most recently as the first-ever Presidential Appointed Chief Diversity Officer at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Neneh was tasked with advancing equity and inclusion across the Agency’s workplace and operations, setting a precedent for impactful, systemic change.

Her career spans leadership roles, including Senior Vice President for Marketing and Communications at pocstock, where she shaped national campaigns to amplify diverse representation, and at Current Global, where she managed corporate reputation and visibility for Fortune 500 companies. At the Millennium Challenge Corporation, she led public affairs and communications campaigns worldwide elevating conversations around economic growth, women’s empowerment, and social inclusion. As a skilled communicator, her credits include directing the news section of USATODAY.com and producing documentaries and news media for CBS News. Neneh received her masters in Strategic Public Relations at George Washington University and her bachelors in Political Science from Rutgers University.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Neneh’s deep-rooted passion for advocacy is evident in her work at the Woodrow Wilson Center’s Women in Public Service Project Advisory Council, where she championed 50/50 representation in public service. Neneh is an active community volunteer, leading donation drives for domestic violence survivors with Bethany House in Alexandria, Virginia. 

With expertise in storytelling and advocacy, Neneh has served as a catalyst for cultural and institutional change in global organizations. Her leadership is rooted in fostering collaboration, addressing systemic challenges, and delivering sustainable solutions that benefit all communities.
